Hong Lin

Hong Lin is a highly skilled scientist with experience in toxicological hazard and risk assessments at the Environmental Working Group since August 2021. Lin conducts comprehensive evaluations of ingredients in cosmetics and consumer products while drafting articles and fact sheets that convey current scientific findings and environmental statistics. Previous experience includes serving as a research assistant at The George Washington University, focusing on the effects of atrazine on Eastern oysters, and leading philanthropic initiatives as Philanthropy Chair with Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity. Lin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The George Washington University.
