Joe Carrico

Joe C. has worked in Human Resources and Safety roles since 1998. Joe began their career at Newell Recycling & Manufactures as the Vice President of HR and Safety. In 2016, they moved to Forward Air Corporation as the Regional Director of HR and Safety. In 2017, Joe C. became the Vice President of HR & Safety at Baldor Specialty Foods, Inc. and in 2020 they moved to Crider Foods as the Vice President Human Resources & Safety. Currently, Joe C. is the Sr VP of HR & Safety at EnviroSpark Energy Solutions.

Joe C. received their Masters of Science in Business Administration, with a Minor in Psychology, from Universidade de Sao Marcos de Sao Paulo in 1996. Joe is currently enrolled in a Management and Leadership Skills for Executives program at Cornell University. Additionally, they are enrolled in the Harvard Business School Executive Management program at Harvard Business School.
