Brian Balukonis, PG, F.SAME has over 35 years of experience in the A/E Field and Government Agencies. Brian currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Business Development at EnviroVantage, Inc, where their main focus is to expand the company's core services throughout the US, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and the Caribbean Area. Brian has also held positions as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Norwich University's Center for Global Resilience and Security, and as a National Board of Direction, Post Officer, and Academy of Fellows member for the Society of American Military Engineers. Brian has extensive experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they served as the Silver Jackets Coordinator for Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, as well as an IS-RSF Field Coordinator and Senior Lead Planner. Additionally, Brian has worked as a Management Consultant for Jacobs, a Senior Consultant for Mabbett & Associates, Inc., and in various roles for GZA GeoEnvironmental, Rhode Island DEM, Hager GeoScience, Inc., and Susquehanna Capital Management.
Brian Balukonis attended Norwich University - Corps of Cadets from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science - Geology. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the following certifications: Licensed Professional Geoscientist (PG) from the Louisiana Board of Professional Geoscientists in March 2015, and Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) from AIPG in July 2009.
