Gloria Wafula

Gloria Wafula is an accomplished Program Manager at Envision by WorldStrides, leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high school STEM educational programs across the United States since April 2022. With extensive experience in hiring and training seasonal staff, budget management, and event planning, Gloria has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Prior roles include Research Assistant at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where program support for Special Education was provided, as well as experience as a Centralized Intake Specialist at Housing Alliance Delaware, where housing needs assessments and resource referrals were conducted. Gloria also held a position as Program Lead at Envision Experience, overseeing educational camp logistics for over 1000 scholars, and interned with the American Red Cross, focusing on program development and client case work. Gloria holds a Doctor of Education degree in Policy and Administration, a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, all from institutions with strong academic reputations.
