Dinali Peiris

Dinali Peiris has been working in the software engineering industry since 1998. Dinali began their career at Data Management Systems (Pvt) Ltd as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed systems for large scale data entry projects, as well as Job Costing and New Vehicle systems for Sathosa Motors PLC Sri Lanka, and a General Ledger System for Star Packaging Pvt Ltd Sri Lanka and Star Boxes India Pvt Ltd. In 2012, they moved to Dream Travels and Holidays (Pvt) Ltd as a Software Engineer. In 2014, they joined Envision IT as a Software Developer.

Dinali Peiris has a diverse educational background. In 1993-1994, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Systems Design from the National Institute of Business Management Sri Lanka. Afterwards, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences from the University of Colombo in 1995-1998. In 2009, they obtained a Certification in DB2 Technical Sales Mastery Exam from IBM Information Management, Sri Lanka. In 2014, they completed a Practical Placement Program from Box Hill Institute of TAFE, which focused on Employment Development for Overseas Professionals course (2014 Term 2). Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Cyber Security from RMIT University (2021-2022). Additionally, they have obtained a PCEP™ Certified – Entry Level Python Programmer (PCEP-30-0x) Python Institute (2022).
