Rachel Capano

Rachel Capano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel currently holds the position of Client Director, Client Engagement at Envision Pharma Group since November 2021. Prior to this, Rachel worked at CyberGrants starting from 2017, where they initially served as a Program Director and later advanced to the role of Senior Program Director - Client Success. Before joining CyberGrants, Rachel was a Technical Support Team Lead at Hyland from 2009 to 2017, leading multiple teams in providing customer support for medical records management software. Rachel also has experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Valco Data Systems, Dirig Software, White Pine Software, and Xionics.

Rachel Capano completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Mount Washington College, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Prior to this, they received their High School Diploma and Electronics Certification from Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School, where they studied Electronics from 1988 to 1992.
