Sarah Hunter

Sarah Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Their most recent role is as the Director of Culture and Employee Engagement at Envision Radiology, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SysCom, Co as an Organizational Development professional from August 2020 to June 2023. Sarah also has extensive experience at Oracle, where they held positions such as Senior Talent Partner and Senior Program Manager from February 2010 to August 2020. Sarah began their career at Sun Microsystems in 1997, where they held various roles including Sales Client Learning Development Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Global Communications Manager. At Sun Microsystems, Sarah was also responsible for driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and designing training and recognition programs.

Sarah Hunter completed their Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology, English, and Fine Art from Colorado State University from 1989 to 1993. In 2007, they participated in the Colorado Executive Development in Residence program at the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a Master's Certification. Prior to their university education, Sarah attended Green Mountain High School, though the specific years are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has obtained certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt from Sun Microsystems in May 2005 and as a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator Facilitator from The Myers-Briggs Company in May 1999.
