Debbie Vaughn, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Debbie is currently the Director of Operations at Envision Healthcare, where they began in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Columbus Radiology from 2015 to 2023, holding various roles including Director, Practice Analytics, Practice Director - Operations, Practice Director, Practice Manager/Data Analyst, and Workload Balancing/Data Analyst/Editing Team Manager. Before their time at Columbus Radiology, Debbie served as a Transcription Lead at Nuance Transcription Services from 2008 to 2015.

Debbie Vaughn earned their Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management from Franklin University between 2015 and 2018. Debbie then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Columbia Southern University from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Fundamentals of Visualization with Tableau" from Coursera in 2018, and "Business Metrics for Data Driven Companies" from the same institution.
