Javier Portillo

Javier Portillo has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Javier currently serves as the Senior Director of RCM Initiatives at Envision Healthcare since 2020. Prior to this, Javier worked at Conifer Health Solutions for a decade, where they held several positions. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Senior Director of Patient Services, responsible for strategy, operations, and financial performance of the $600M division. Before that, from 2014 to 2016, they served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, focusing on P&L development, dashboards, and financial planning. Javier also worked as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2014, managing critical initiatives and budgeting oversight. Prior to Conifer Health Solutions, Javier was the Head of Finance for Panalpina's Central American unit from 2002 to 2009, leading a team and managing finance operations.

Javier Portillo has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. Javier also has an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, which is ranked #1 in LATAM. Additionally, they hold an Associate's degree in Computer Science from St. Petersburg College.
