Nicole Caponetto

Nicole Caponetto has a strong background in healthcare administration and management. Nicole started their career as an Executive Assistant at Toms River Anesthesia Associates, where they provided comprehensive support to the executive director and clinical leadership. Nicole then joined Envision Healthcare as a Practice Manager III, overseeing the financial and business operations of multiple anesthesia practices. In this role, they also managed a team of regional clinical travelers, ensuring staffing coverage and cost savings for the company. Later, they transitioned to Proud Moments ABA, where they served as a Regional Director and later as a Senior Regional Director. Currently, Nicole holds the position of Director of Operations at Envision Healthcare. Nicole'sexperience demonstrates their ability to effectively manage operations, provide administrative support, and lead teams.

Nicole Caponetto, MHRTD, completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice from Kean University in the years 2007 to 2011. Nicole then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Training and Development from Seton Hall University, graduating between 2012 and 2014.
