Monica Prudencio Arredondo MS, CSM

Monica Prudencio Arredondo MS, CSM has a wealth of experience in project management, product management, and operations management. Monica began their career in 1996 as an Operations Manager at EF Au Pair, where they were responsible for creating a new department structure and implementing process change. Monica then moved to EF Language Travel in 1999 as a Publications Manager/Executive Assistant, where they were responsible for budgeting, planning and managing worldwide staff meetings. In 1998, they became a Marketing Manager at EF Multimedia, where they conducted market research and competitor analysis. Monica then moved to EF Educational Homestay Program in 2000 as a Director of Program Operations, where they initiated, managed, designed, implemented and administered a new web-based application. In 2002, they became a Program Director at EF International Language Schools, where they were responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable daily operation of the language school. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Project/Production Manager at Modern Visual Communication, Inc., where they managed client services and project life cycle to ensure satisfaction, quality and budget were met. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Project Manager at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where they were responsible for all aspects of technical project management. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been a Product Manager at envisionit agency.

Monica Prudencio Arredondo MS, CSM has an education history that includes a Master of Science in Information Systems from Northwestern University, a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science from University of New Hampshire, and a high school diploma from New Trier High School. Additionally, they are a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2018.
