Dawn Doughty

Dawn Doughty has extensive work experience in various roles in the retail and consulting industries. Dawn is currently a Program Manager at enVista since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Senior Manager at Urban Outfitters from 2020 to 2021.

From 2017 to 2020, Dawn worked as a Consulting Manager at Boston Retail Partners. In this role, they successfully managed a team spread across different time zones and implemented projects like Aptos Planning and Microsoft 365 BI solutions for various clients. Dawn also worked on business strategy, IT roadmap, and vendor selection projects.

Prior to that, Dawn held multiple roles at rue21, including Associate Director of Business Intelligence, Senior Project Manager of Merchandise, Planning, and Allocation Systems, and IT Project Leader of Merchandise Planning & Allocation Systems from 2009 to 2017.

Before joining rue21, they worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2008 to 2009. In this role, they conducted strategy consulting projects for clients in the fashion, e-commerce, technology, and healthcare industries.

Dawn's career started at SAP America, where they worked as a Consultant from 2006 to 2008.

Lastly, they worked at L Brands as a Business Systems Analyst from 2000 to 2006. During their time there, they played a key role in enterprise SAP, Manugistics, and PKMS implementation. Dawn delivered gap analysis, developed a freight tracking application, and implemented the volumetric program, resulting in cost savings and process enhancements.

Dawn Doughty pursued their Master's degree in Communication at Ohio University, College of Communication, which they completed in 1998. Dawn then attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained their MBA in Business Administration.
