Rebecca Neal

Rebecca Neal is a seasoned professional in environmental compliance and hazardous materials management, currently serving as the Sr Strategic Manager of Compliance at Envita Solutions since September 2022. With extensive experience in leadership roles at the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals, including Director At Large and Chair of the Board of Directors, Rebecca has co-founded and co-chaired various committees focused on development and young professionals. Rebecca's prior positions include Technical Project Advisor at Republic Services, where responsibilities included leading bids and proposals for environmental services, and Chemical Safety and Regulatory Compliance Manager at WSI. Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Analysis & Decision Making from Rice University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Houston-Downtown.
