The Role

We are recruiting Lead Consultant to join our growing Consulting team who will provide strategic technology guidance and advisory services to clients operating in the national security sector for Envitia.

This role requires a deep understanding of national security industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions to clients, driving digital transformation, and enhancing operational effectiveness. 

The role serves as Envitia’s key advisory consultant in the national security markets with a focus is on driving consulting programmes and expanding the client base for consulting services for Envitia.  The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet our client’s objectives. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Work with our UK national security clients to set the right strategic direction, understand where they are on their digital journey, and help build the right structures to achieve it.
• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the unique needs and objectives of clients, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Working with clients to transform their technology by using modern platforms and rationalise their environments – to streamline and optimise their technology investments.
• Design and architect technology solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and security.
• Identifying new consulting business opportunities within the National Security markets.
• Combining our delivery teams and methodologies to ensure successful implementation of digital transformation projects and products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service delivery and value-added insights.

Skills Required 

• Technical / digital consultancy experience in the UK national security markets.
• Experience of setting strategic technical and business direction for clients.
• Broad range of expertise across the digital spectrum including data, applications, cloud, infrastructure, cyber and business.
• Experience in gathering and analysing business and user requirements, translating them into actions, and prioritising them based on business value and customer needs.
• A passion for building and nurturing partnerships, both with clients and colleagues. Experience of effectively collaborating with senior client stakeholders, up to C-Suite.
• Experience of identifying business opportunities and shaping consulting pipelines.

Security Clearance Requirements

The successful candidate must hold or be required to go through an enhanced DV security clearance.

Location

The role will be required to be in our Horsham offices 2 days a month as well travel to different client sites when required.
