Cara Baker

Cara Baker has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cara started their career in 2001 as a Human Resource Manager & Environmental Health and Safety at Menasha Packaging Company, where they worked until 2004. After that, they joined ePERFORMAX Contact Centers, Inc as a Human Resource Manager and worked there until 2006. Cara then moved on to Levitt and Sons of Tennessee and worked as a Regional Human Resource Generalist from 2006 to 2007. Lastly, they joined Envolve LLC in 2009 and held the roles of Vice President and Sr. Vice President of Human Resources.

Cara Baker pursued their higher education starting in 1992 at The University of Memphis, where they studied Psychology and obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 1996. Cara continued their academic journey at Clemson University from 1997 to 2000, where they specialized in Human Resource Development and successfully completed their Master of Human Resource Development (M.H.R.D.) degree.
