Randilyn Ladig has extensive work experience in compliance consulting, particularly in the affordable housing sector. Randilyn was the owner of Randilyn Ladig Consulting, a diversified compliance consulting firm, from 2010 to the present. Randilyn'sservices included consulting, file cleanup, compliance training, application approval, reporting, due diligence, and program knowledge in various affordable housing programs. Randilyn also worked as a Compliance Auditor at UAH Property Management LP from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Compliance Manager at Carroll Management, overseeing compliance operations for affordable communities in multiple states. Randilyn also worked as a Compliance Consultant at National Urban Construction from 1997 to 2012 and as a Compliance Director at Wilmic Ventures from 1998 to 2006. Randilyn gained experience in government compliance while working as an Administrative Compliance Coordinator at the City of Houston from 2006 to 2010.
