Nial Chase Demena

Nial Chase DeMena is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the healthtech and cannabis industries. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO of Vella Bioscience, a company focused on enhancing women's sexual health, Nial also leads product development at EO and co-owns Temescal Wellness and Manna Molecular Science LLC. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at The Pass and Director of Community Development for The Greeneway Wellness Foundation. Nial's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colby College, complemented by a history in teaching and research.
