William Pearce

William Pearce is an Associate Scientist at EOA, Inc. since March 2021, where responsibilities include supporting stormwater management programs and conducting various field monitoring and assessment tasks related to NPDES permit compliance. Additionally, William has been a gymnastics coach at American Gymnastics Club since August 2014, mentoring over 50 gymnasts by developing tailored lesson plans and adapting classes to an online format during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, William coached gymnastics at SPIRALS FOUNDATION FOR GYMNASTICS from September 2017 to March 2020, and served as a summer intern at Youth Art Exchange in 2016, contributing to community outreach art projects. William earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science with a focus on Geohydrology, Physical Geography, and Geographic Information Systems from UC Santa Barbara in 2020.
