Richard LEGAULT

Richard Legault has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Richard founded and served as President of Helimax Energy Inc., a company that dealt with renewable energy solutions. Richard was also a Co-founder and President of M&N Windpower Canada, contributing to the growth of the wind power industry. Richard Legault served as Director of Kenetech Windpower Inc. and as Vice President of Dymamis USA Inc. Additionally, they held positions at SNC Lavalin/Petro Sun International as Director/Vice-President Environment. Richard Legault's expertise in the renewable energy sector expanded during their time at DNV GL, particularly as Global Head of Renewables and a member of the Management Board. Prior to this, they served as a Venture Partner at Cycle Capital Management. Currently, Richard Legault is the President & CEO at Eocycle, an organization dedicated to promoting clean energy solutions.

Richard Legault obtained an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, where they studied from 1976 to 1982. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, from 1982 to 1985.
