Randy Manner

Randy Manner is the President of Manner Analytics, LLC, where the focus is on facilitating behavioral change among CEOs and senior executives to enhance organizational culture. In addition to this role, Randy serves as a Strategic Advisor at The Johns Hopkins University, contributing to the Energetics Research Group, and as a Member of the Executive Committee for the American College of National Security Leaders. Additionally, Randy holds positions as a Senior Advisor at The CAP Group, an Honorary Advisory Board Member for the EOD Warrior Foundation, and an NACD Fellow within the National Association of Corporate Directors. Previous experience includes roles at Korn Ferry Hay Group and various positions within the US Military, including Acting Vice Chief of the National Guard Bureau and Deputy Commanding General in Kuwait. Randy's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School, a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Penn State University, and studies at Georgetown University and Tufts University.
