Cory D. Helms

Cory Helms is a seasoned professional in the petroleum engineering sector with a strong tenure at EOG Resources spanning from May 2008 to the present, where Cory has held various roles including Completions Engineering Intern, Senior Reservoir Engineer, and currently serves as the VP & GM of the Denver Division. Cory's experience includes comprehensive rotations through drilling, completions, production, well intervention, and reservoir disciplines, facilitated by EOG's EIT training program. Additionally, Cory gained early industry experience as a Floorhand/Roughneck at Precision Drilling. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler.
