Jeff Stofa

Jeff Stofa is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR services, currently serving as Director of HR Services and Talent Acquisition at EOG Resources since December 2007. In this role, Jeff partners with senior management and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs. Previously, Jeff held various positions, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Manager of Division HR Services, focusing on service delivery and maximizing personnel resources for oil and gas exploration. Prior experience includes roles at The Sedona Group and Belcan TechServices, where Jeff developed recruiting strategies and managed teams across multiple markets. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Cincinnati.
