Brian Leslie

Brian Leslie has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brian is currently the Vice President of International Solutions at EOI Space since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of International Programs at EOI Space from September 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining EOI Space, Brian Leslie had their own consulting firm called Brian Leslie Consulting, LLC, where they served as the Principal. In this role, they provided product, business, and sales consulting services to established and startup businesses in the remote sensing industry. Brian was responsible for developing technical and business specifications for space platforms, airborne platforms, and ground systems. Brian also provided market intelligence to guide company business decisions. Brian started this role in May 2016 and it is ongoing.

From August 2014 to May 2016, Brian worked at Google as a Partner Development, where they were responsible for establishing partnerships to develop Google products based on a large constellation of high-resolution imaging satellites. Brian also established the global sales program for Google products derived from information based on the high revisit capability of the satellite constellation. Brian worked closely with the product team to ensure important customer requirements were included in the product road maps.

Brian Leslie also had significant experience at Skybox Imaging, where they held the role of Senior Director of International Sales from February 2013 to August 2014. Skybox Imaging provided easy access to reliable, frequent high-resolution imagery and HD video of the Earth through a constellation of microsatellites. Brian was also the Director of SkyAlliance Programs at Skybox Imaging from July 2012 to February 2013.

Prior to their time at Skybox Imaging, Brian worked at DigitalGlobe as the Director of International Sales from October 2007 to July 2012. Brian started their career at Space Imaging as the Director of International Ground Station Development and Deployment from 1996 to 2007.

Before entering the remote sensing industry, Brian Leslie worked at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer from 1986 to 1996, and at Martin Marietta as a Logistics Engineer from 1983 to 1986.

Brian Leslie attended Colorado State University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology.
