Will Conway

Will Conway is an Advanced Design Engineer at EOS Aircraft since June 2024, with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. As Lead Mechanical Engineer for the Queen's Aerospace Design Team from July 2023 to May 2024, Will led a team of over 30 members in designing innovative, autonomous eVTOL aircraft, achieving notable accolades in national competitions. Previous roles include an Engineering Intern at Aurora Flight Sciences, focusing on future flight concepts, and several internships at DealMaker, where Will contributed to strategy, data analytics, and automation. Will also co-founded Beyond Sales Performance, creating an e-learning platform for sales training. Will's engineering foundation was strengthened at Queen's University, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics.
