Aaron Payne

Aaron Payne has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry, starting as a Production Supervisor at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. in 2019 and progressing to roles such as Production Manager, Materials and Inventory Planning Manager, Sr. Manager of Sales, Inventory, and Operations (SIOP), and ultimately Director of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) by 2023. Prior to this, they also held roles at JLG Industries as Group Lead and Supervisor 1 in 2018.

Aaron Payne completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown and received their High School Diploma from Everett Area High School. Aaron later pursued a Graduate Certificate in General Business and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership with a focus on Business Management and Leadership from Liberty University. Additionally, Aaron obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Job Relations Training, and Practical Problem Solving.
