Ricky Zetter

Ricky Zetter is an experienced AV and videoconferencing technician with a proven track record in the industry since 2010. Currently serving as an AVE - Escalations Engineer at EOS IT Management Solutions Ltd since May 2017, Ricky is responsible for communication within the team regarding scheduled calls and troubleshooting AV systems in conference rooms. Prior to this role, Ricky worked as a Lead AV/VC Technician at Telefónica, providing telepresence support and managing videoconference systems. Earlier experience includes serving as an On-site AV/VC Technician at Coutts, where Ricky ensured the smooth operation of AV equipment for meetings and events, and as an IRS Installation Engineer at Avonline, focusing on satellite and TV installations. Ricky completed education at Gladesmore School from 1989 to 1995.
