Shirley Vincent

Shirley Vincent has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Shirley started their career at Neudesic in 2011 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, where they provided strategic consulting and mentoring to junior recruiters. Shirley then moved to Avanade in 2018 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they partnered with senior leadership and developed sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-fill positions. Due to COVID, they were laid off in 2020. In 2021, Shirley worked at Helios HR, where they successfully filled tech and e-commerce roles for Bullish. Finally, they joined the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in 2021 as a Helios HR, where they achieved recruitment objectives for seven departments and oversaw the entire recruitment process.

Shirley Vincent obtained an Associate's Degree in Psychology-General Studies from McHenry County College between the years 2011 and 2014.
