Raquel Martínez Beamonte

Raquel Martínez Beamonte has had a diverse range of work experiences. Raquel started their career as a Human Resources Technician at 3P Biopharmaceuticals, a European-based Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). During their time there, they gained experience in process development and GMP manufacture of biopharmaceutical and cell therapy products. In 2019, Raquel joined Laboratoires URGO as the Iberica Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw HR operations. Raquel also worked as an Associate Professor of Human Resources at Universidad de Navarra during the same period. Recently, in 2021, Raquel became the Human Resources Director at EOSOL. Raquel'sexpertise in HR has allowed their to contribute to various organizations and drive their success.

Raquel Martínez Beamonte obtained a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2017. In 2010, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration at London Metropolitan University. Earlier, from 2003 to 2008, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Universitat Jaume I.
