Tech Support

Tech Support is currently the Tech Support Mgr at EOT. They have held this position since October 2018. Prior to that, they were a Project Engineer at Rubicon Technical Services from June 2016 to October 2018. There, they performed electrical commissioning in large data center environments and worked with critical facilities operation team to coordinate tasks so they did not affect the critical load. Tech Support has also been a Field Service Engineer at Schneider Electric from November 2007 to June 2016 and at Ametek from March 2006 to November 2007.

The educational career for Tech Support consists of an Associate in General Business from Macomb Community College, certification from Safety Alliance LLC in OSHA 10, certification from Infrared Training Center in ITC Certified Thermographer, certification from SOLAS in Solas Safe pass, and certification from American Red Cross in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED.

Tech Support reports to Dave Keleher, Operations Mgr. Tech Support works with Admin and HR - Admin Mgr, Israel Tobias - Field Tech Mgr, and Nubia Loera - CSR Lead.
