Sudarshan V

Sudarshan V has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Sudarshan currently holds the position of Quality Engineering Manager at EOX Vantage since October 2022. Prior to this, Sudarshan worked at NicheSoft Inc as the Director of Software Quality from November 2013 to October 2021. During this time, they built and managed a strong technical team, defined test strategies, and developed and managed test automation frameworks for customer projects.

Before joining NicheSoft Inc, Sudarshan served as a Senior Engineering Manager at Yahoo! from July 2007 to August 2012. At Yahoo!, they managed the quality aspect of multiple products and successfully coordinated with geographically distributed teams to deliver multiple releases. Additionally, Sudarshan played a key role in pushing quality upstream and implementing organizational changes.

Prior to Yahoo!, Sudarshan worked at Sun Microsystems as a Member of Technical Staff from January 2002 to July 2007. Here, they contributed to the development and implementation of the Message Queue product, which included advanced integration, administration, security, and high-availability features.

Sudarshan's earlier experience includes working at Aztec Software as the Lead of Quality Assurance from August 2000 to January 2002. Sudarshan actively contributed to various testing efforts for clients such as Microsoft, Apexon, and iMediation. Additionally, Sudarshan worked at Visesh Infosystems as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from February 1997 to August 2000, where they supported large-scale ERP implementations and provided bug fixing and subject matter expertise for customer escalations.

Sudarshan V completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electronics from Bangalore University, from 1990 to 1993.
