Farizan Hani Mohamad Zabidi

Farizan Hani Mohamad Zabidi has a diverse work experience, primarily with E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd (EPOMS). Starting in 2013, Farizan held the role of Payroll and Services Executive in the Human Resources department. They were responsible for verifying and updating payroll systems, handling industrial relations cases, and administering employee benefits. In 2016, Farizan transitioned to the role of HR Executive, focusing on training and capability development. They led the implementation of learning and development processes, identified training needs, and developed talent development programs.
