Kristin Heist

Kristin Heist is a seasoned professional in innovation consulting, currently serving as Senior Director at EPAM Continuum since March 2018. Previously, Kristin held various leadership roles at Continuum from 2005 to 2018, including Director of the Strategy Practice, Director of Product Experience, and Principal & Sustainable Innovation Community Lead. Earlier in Kristin's career, responsibilities included working as an Applications Engineer at Z Corporation from 1999 to 2001. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from the University of the Arts, complemented by a foundational education at The Episcopal Academy.
