Heather Zimkin

Heather Zimkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management and design. Currently serving as Lead Designer at EPAM Systems since January 2025, Zimkin previously held significant roles at Xpedition, where event management for Google was undertaken, and at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, where over 100 events were successfully planned and executed annually. Earlier experience includes project management at BIOCOM Institute, where management of a large expo featuring over 25,000 attendees was achieved, and a decade-long tenure with the San Diego Padres, directing corporate partnerships and broadcasting, which generated over $20 million annually. Zimkin holds a BA in Communications from UC San Diego.
