Pallavi Kusela

Pallavi Kusela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at EPAM Systems since April 2016, Pallavi has progressed through several roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Lead Recruiter. Prior to EPAM, Pallavi worked at ValueLabs as a Specialist in TAG and spent nearly six years at JDA Software as a Recruitment Specialist. Early career experience includes a position as Senior Recruiter at Virtusa, focusing on high-volume and project-based hiring. Pallavi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Osmania University, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
