Priydarshan Jha is a seasoned professional in product management and agile transformation, currently serving as Product Management Director at EPAM Systems since September 2021. Priydarshan's expertise encompasses coaching and consulting senior executives and product leaders to enhance product-centric strategies, establish best practices, and foster agile principles across organizations. Prior roles include senior positions at the Boston Consulting Group, American Express, and AutoTrader.ca, where Priydarshan demonstrated strong leadership in program management, product development, and technical project management. Priydarshan’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident through the founding of the Informatica Learning Center and Business Intelligence Consultancy, while formal education includes a Master's Degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
