Roger Kehrer

Roger Kehrer is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer and Head Of Unit at EPAM Systems since October 2019, Roger has previously held various positions at AdNovum from January 2007 to February 2018, including Senior Software Engineer, Architect, Project Leader, and Line Manager. Roger's career began as a Research Assistant at ETH Zurich, where development of a simulation tool for distributed algorithms was undertaken. Roger holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zürich, earned between 2000 and 2006.
