Sever Pop serves as the Head of Business Analysis Practice at EPAM Systems, overseeing a team of over 25 business analysts and product owners to deliver high-quality software solutions across multiple industries. With a robust background in business analysis, Sever has successfully managed project requirements, timelines, and budgets, ensuring collaboration among stakeholders, development, and testing teams. Previous roles include Proxy Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst at Endava, as well as senior positions at Luxoft and Functional Analyst roles at Deutsche Bank and Nortal. Sever holds a Bachelor of Economics in Marketing from The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and a high school diploma in Mathematical Informatics from Mihai Viteazul National College Ploiesti.
