Surinder Matharu

Surinder Matharu is a Certified SAFe® 6 POPM and HFI-CUA™ professional with extensive experience in UX/UI design. Currently serving as a Sr. UX/UI Designer at EPAM Systems since March 2024, Surinder has previously held prominent roles at Bravura Solutions and Temenos, where responsibilities included user research, workshops, and collaboration with product teams and developers. Earlier experience at TransGrid and Fidelity Worldwide Investment involved leading design initiatives and developing high-fidelity design prototypes. Surinder's career also includes management positions at Genpact, overseeing graphic design teams and establishing usability standards, as well as a role at Indiamart Intermesh Limited, managing the web design team. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Computer Engineering from PUSA and a B.Com from Delhi University, along with a usability certification from Human Factors International.
