Zoltan Szeni is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resource management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of People for EMEA at EPAM Systems, Zoltan has played a crucial role in supporting clients in their digital transformation. Prior to EPAM, Zoltan was a Partner at Maralal Consulting, where organizational and leadership development was prioritized.
