Genrietta Luoto

Genrietta Luoto is a Compliance Specialist at Epassi since September 2021, bringing valuable experience from previous roles in customer service and project work. Prior to Epassi, Genrietta worked as a Barista at Restaurant Kappeli and as a Waitress at Cat Cafe Helkatti, where duties involved sales, service, and specialty coffee making. Genrietta also contributed as a volunteer at Slush on two occasions and held roles as a Project Worker at PALMU, participating in service design projects focused on customer insights.
