Geoff Oliver

Geoff Oliver is an experienced Information Technology Support Analyst at EPB since June 2009, specializing in patch management for Windows and Mac OS devices, security vulnerability remediation, and leading both new and special projects. Prior roles include Senior IT Support, providing desktop support for over 1,000 devices, and Tier II Tech Support, troubleshooting Fiber Optics networks in a 24x7 support environment. Earlier experience includes serving as a Desktop Support contractor at InfoSystems, assisting with over 500 desktops and mobile units, and working on the PC Install Team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Geoff Oliver holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Chattanooga State Technical Community College, earned between 2008 and 2011.
