Bart Francescone

Bart Francescone is the current Executive Director of Benefit Resources Inc. at EPC. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Heartland Fidelity Insurance Company from January 2003 to March 2016. In this role, they oversaw all company operations with an emphasis on premium growth, cost management and the successful underwriting, pricing and performance of its insured business portfolio of over $300 million in insurance risk associated with self-funded and fully insured group health benefit plans. Bart remains a member of the Board of Directors for Heartland Fidelity.

From May 1995 to March 2016, Bart was also the Executive Vice President for Benecard Services, LLC. In this role, they were integrally involved in strategic business development planning, company operations, inter-company interface and collaboration with the Board and six affiliates. Benecard Services, LLC delivers, administers, services, and procures insurance for group health benefit plans.

Prior to their work with Heartland Fidelity and Benecard Services, Bart was the General Manager of Student Agencies and Assistant Director of Student Employment for Princeton University from January 1987 to April 1995. Bart was also the Project, Venture and Business Development Manager for S T Peterson Company from March 1982 to December 1986.

Bart Francescone attended Camden Catholic High School before going on to earn their BS in Business Administration from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware. Bart's field of study was marketing, accounting, and finance.

Their manager is Dean Weaver, Stated Clerk Chief Executive Officer. They work with Marti Brenner Ratcliff - Human Resources Manager, Pat Coelho - Chief Financial Officer, and Tom Ricks - National Director of Church Planting.
