Nicole Unice

Nicole Unice is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership, counseling, and ministry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Pangea, Nicole also co-founded Altitude Consulting, LLC. As a Teaching Elder at Evangelical Presbyterian Church since 2015, Nicole has engaged in strategic initiatives, preaching, and leadership development. Previous roles include Leadership and Executive Coach, Author at Tyndale House Publishers, and Professional Speaker for Take Heart Ministry. With early experience as a Counselor at Thompson Counseling, Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management from The College of William and Mary and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
