Austin Watt

Austin Watt is a seasoned professional in talent development and training, currently serving as Senior Manager for both Talent Development and Technical Training at EPCOR since February 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Training Development Manager at Pacific Western Transportation Ltd from May 2017 to February 2018, and various positions at Mammoet from May 2011 to May 2017, including Supervisor of Training Services and Certification Coordinator. Austin Watt holds a degree in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Education in Educational Psychology from the University of Alberta, and has completed Open Studies focused on Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language at Red Deer Polytechnic, along with obtaining the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation from the Alberta Construction Safety Association.
