David Opalinsky Cpa

David Opalinsky CPA, CMA, PMP has had an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. David Opalinsky worked at EPCOR for a significant period, starting as a Tariff Analyst in 2003 and eventually becoming the Director of Audit and Risk Management. During their time at EPCOR, they also served as the Director of Application Services, Senior Manager of Corporate Shared Services Program and PMO, and Senior Manager of Billing Services. Additionally, they acted as the Director of IT Integration and Senior Manager of IT Strategy and Planning. Prior to joining EPCOR, David worked as a Market Research Analyst and Project Manager at Advanis Field Research. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated effective leadership, strategic planning, project management, and financial analysis skills.

- In 2006, they obtained a Supervisory Development Citation from the University of Alberta.

- In 2008, they completed an Executive Project Management program at the University of Alberta.

- In 2009 to 2010, they attended the EPCOR School of Business.

- In 2011, they participated in a Leading Organizational Change program at Queen's University.

- In 2013 to 2014, they completed the Executive CMA Program from Certified Management Accountants.

- In 2016, they obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.
