Gwendoline Desmettre

Gwendoline Desmettre has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, currently serving as the Directrice des ressources humaines and Responsable administrative et financière at EPDSAE since March 2022. Prior to this role, Gwendoline worked at CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE ROUBAIX from August 2015 to March 2022 as a contrôleur de gestion, where responsibilities included payroll management, budget and workforce oversight for 3000 full-time equivalents, and the creation of performance indicators. Early career experience at SNCF from September 2010 to September 2015 included various positions in management control and accounting. Gwendoline holds a Master in Comptabilité Contrôle Audit from Faculté Finance Banque Comptabilité Lille 2 and a DUT in Administration and Management from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
