Esme Lean is a seasoned professional in the digital marketing and business development sectors, currently serving as the Head of Small and Medium Business for the Americas at TikTok, where efforts focus on enhancing brand visibility and engagement for businesses across North America and LATAM. Previous roles include leadership positions at TikTok for Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia, as well as significant contributions at Pinterest and Facebook, where Esme spearheaded growth and partnerships in Southeast Asia and India. Additionally, Esme is an active member of several investment networks, including Inflection Point Ventures, Epic Angels, and XA Network, aimed at supporting startups.
