Mps Sophia Kero

Sophia Kero, MPS, is an accomplished Clinical Perfusionist currently working at Naples Community Hospital through Epic Cardiovascular Staffing. With extensive clinical rotation experience at institutions such as Nebraska Methodist Health System, Penn Medicine, Arkansas Children's, and Loyola University Medical Center, Sophia has developed proficiency in various perfusion technologies and procedures, including valve replacements, CABG, VADs, transplants, TAVR, and ECMO transport. Prior to specializing in perfusion, Sophia gained valuable experience as a Hyper-local Strategy Execution Manager at Care Access, a Clinical Research Assistant at Synexus US, and a Research Technologist at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, focusing on regenerative medicine. Sophia holds a Master of Perfusion Science from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
