Lisa Cole

Lisa Cole possesses extensive experience in education, currently serving as an ELD Teacher at Epic Charter Schools since October 2020. Previously, Lisa held the position of English Language Development Coordinator at Tulsa Public Schools from July 2018 to July 2020. Prior roles at Broken Arrow Public Schools included District Testing Coordinator and English Teacher, with responsibilities also encompassing mentoring, curriculum development, and fundraising initiatives. Lisa's career began at Union Public Schools from August 1999 to May 2012, where contributions included teaching English and journalism, leading department efforts, and coordinating new teacher orientation. Early in the career, Lisa worked as a Retail Advertising/Bridal Editor at Tulsa World Media Company, handling both sales and graphic design. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Education in Secondary School Administration from Northeastern State University.
