May Eaton

May Eaton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Epic Games since October 2022, May previously held positions as IP Litigation Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP and Partner/Associate at Kirkland & Ellis. May has also worked as an Associate Attorney at Baker Botts and Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP, and as an Associate Patent Attorney at Shvarts & Leiz LLP. Early career experiences include roles as a Consultant in the Intellectual Property Group at The Nielsen Company and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Lawrence F. Stengel in the Federal Judiciary. May holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Caltech, a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Italian from Franklin & Marshall College.
